Fine yellow cornmeal is produced by grinding degermed corn kernels into a powder where at least 95% passes through a 2mm sieve, classifying it as cornmeal under HTS 1103.13.00.20. It is a staple for baking cornbread and Southern dishes.

• Verify at least 95% passes 2mm sieve and meets Chapter 11 starch (>80%) & ash (<2.5%) limits to avoid reclassification to 2302
• Provide mill test certificates documenting sieve analysis and dry product composition
