Gutted and gilled Greenland cod (Gadus ogac) from Arctic fisheries, kept fresh on ice. This partially processed form remains under HTS 0302.51.00 as it is still considered fresh/chilled whole cod, not fillets or meat of 0304. Popular in Scandinavian cuisine.
