Miniature Horse
A small breed of horse, typically under 38 inches tall at the withers, used for pets, therapy, driving, or show purposes. Classified under HTS 0101.90.40.00 as other live horses, excluding purebred breeding animals. Falls into this subheading for non-asses, mules, or hinnies that are not specifically purebred.
Standard Donkey
