CWR 132RE rails rejected during installation due to internal defects detected by ultrasonic testing, suitable only for rerolling recovery. These rails cannot be commercially deployed without complete remanufacture by melting. Specifically provided for under HTS 9817.00.90.60 as relaying or rerolling rails.
