Classified under HTS 7225.30.11.80 as flat-rolled alloy tool steel, not further worked than hot-rolled, in coils, thickness over 4.75 mm, other than specific described types. Meets tool steel definition with >1.2% C and >10.5% Cr per chapter note (e).
