17-4 PH martensitic precipitation hardening stainless steel cold-rolled coil, 7 mm thick × 1000 mm wide for aerospace structural components. HTS 7219.31.0010 for thick cold-rolled stainless coils not further worked. Age-hardens to 40 HRC for high strength applications.

• PH grade requires detailed alloy cert (17% Cr, 4% Ni, Cu precipitation); generic 400-series docs insufficient
• Note condition (H900, H1150) on entry docs doesn't affect HTS but important for end-use compliance
• Coils must arrive rust-free; no duty allowance for Chapter 72 discoloration per note
