Type 316L Stainless Steel Cold-Rolled Coil 5mm Thick
Cold-rolled Type 316L stainless steel coil with 5 mm thickness and width over 600 mm, ideal for marine and pharmaceutical applications requiring corrosion resistance. Fits HTS 7219.31.0010 for cold-reduced stainless steel coils 4.75 mm or thicker, not further worked. Low carbon variant prevents weld decay in fabricated structures.
Duplex 2205 Stainless Steel Cold-Rolled Coil 8mm Thick
High-strength Duplex 2205 stainless steel cold-rolled coil, 8 mm thick and 1500 mm wide, used in oil & gas platforms for superior strength and pitting resistance. HTS 7219.31.0010 applies to cold-rolled stainless flat products ≥4.75 mm thick in coils, not further worked. Dual-phase microstructure provides excellent weldability.
Type 310 Stainless Steel Cold-Rolled Coil 4.8mm Thick
Type 310 high-temperature stainless steel cold-rolled coil at minimum 4.8 mm thickness, 1200 mm width for furnace and heat exchanger fabrication. Classifies in HTS 7219.31.0010 as cold-reduced stainless ≥4.75 mm thick, coil form, without further working. Excellent oxidation resistance up to 1100°C.
17-4 PH Precipitation Hardening Stainless Coil 7mm Thick
17-4 PH martensitic precipitation hardening stainless steel cold-rolled coil, 7 mm thick × 1000 mm wide for aerospace structural components. HTS 7219.31.0010 for thick cold-rolled stainless coils not further worked. Age-hardens to 40 HRC for high strength applications.
Type 321 Stainless Steel Cold-Rolled Coil 10mm Thick
Stabilized Type 321 stainless steel cold-rolled coil 10 mm thick, 1800 mm width for welded pressure vessels avoiding carbide precipitation. HTS 7219.31.0010 covers thick cold-rolled stainless in coils. Titanium stabilization enables high-temperature welding.
Type 430 Cold-Rolled Stainless Coil 5.5mm Thick
Ferritic Type 430 stainless steel cold-rolled coil 5.5 mm × 1400 mm wide for automotive trim and appliance exteriors. Classifies HTS 7219.31.0010 as cold-rolled stainless ≥4.75 mm thick in coils. Cost-effective 16-18% chromium ferritic grade.
