HPHT Synthetic Diamond Melee Parcels
Small synthetic diamonds (melee size <0.1 carat) produced via High-Pressure High-Temperature method, roughly shaped into pyramidal or octahedral forms. HTS 7104.21.00.00 covers these unworked/slightly sawn synthetic diamonds not intended for jewelry setting yet.
CVD Lab-Grown Diamond Rough
