Specialty closed fabric woven from 9-11 micron nonconductive fiberglass rovings, impregnated with resorcinol formaldehyde latex for rubber adhesion in automotive tires. HTS 7019.62.70.00 applies due to filament specs, impregnation, coloration, and mechanical bonding for tire cord. Used in heavy-duty truck and passenger tire belts.
