Salted Bovine Upper Leather Hide
A whole raw bovine hide, salted for preservation, weighing over 16 kg with a unit surface area not exceeding 28 square feet, suitable for upper and lining leather production. It is dehaired but not tanned, fitting HTS 4101.50.20.00 as a preserved bovine hide for leatherworking. This classification applies to hides destined for high-quality shoe uppers and linings.
Limed Buffalo Hide for Lining Leather
Whole buffalo hide, limed for preservation and dehairing, over 16 kg with surface area ≤2.6 m², classified under HTS 4101.50.20.00 for upper and lining uses.
