Ginger Oleoresin from Japan
Ginger oleoresin is a supercritical CO2 or solvent extract from Zingiber officinale, concentrating gingerols and shogaols. Under HTS 3301.90.10.50 as other extracted oleoresins, it's used in beverages, confectionery, and Ayurvedic products. This form offers heat stability superior to dried ginger.
