Fine droplet ethyl methacrylate emulsion with 0.1% silica anti-dusting agent for safe handling in powder coating production. Permissible under HTS 2916.14.2010 per Chapter 29 note (g) as identification/safety additive not rendering specific use. Converts to acrylic powder coatings.
