A middle distillate petroleum oil classified as No. 2 diesel fuel with sulfur content exceeding 500 ppm, derived from refining crude oil or bituminous minerals. It meets the criteria for subheading 2710.19.11.04 due to its API gravity of 25 degrees or more, Saybolt Universal viscosity under 45 seconds at 37.8°C, and use as a light fuel oil for diesel engines. This product is not crude, contains no biodiesel, and is not waste oil.
