Primarily used in blending for cigarettes or as filler material.

Burley Tobacco Dust

Fine particulate Burley tobacco dust generated from threshing and sifting operations, categorized as tobacco refuse in HTS 2401.30.37.20. This quota-eligible material is used in pipe blends, snuff production, or as additive in industrial tobacco products. Meets chapter definition for unmanufactured refuse entered under U.S. Note 5.

Burley Tobacco Screenings

Burley tobacco screenings are small fragments and particles sifted out during refuse processing, falling under HTS 2401.30.37.20. This unmanufactured refuse is quota-limited per U.S. Note 5 and commonly blended into chewing tobacco or exported for further refuse uses.

Processed Burley Vein Refuse
