Sliced or whole beets preserved in sweetened vinegar solution, a popular side dish or salad ingredient. Under HTS 2001.90.38.00 as beets (Beta vulgaris) are vegetables preserved by vinegar/acetic acid, in the residual 'other' subheading. Sold in retail jars.
