Muscovado sugar is unrefined cane sugar retaining full molasses content, appearing dark brown and moist with sticky crystals. It qualifies for HTS 1701.99.50 as other cane sugar in solid form outside raw sugar polarimeter specs. Ideal for rum production and traditional baking.
