Raw beet sugar in solid form with sucrose content corresponding to a polarimeter reading of 99.5 degrees or higher, imported under the quantitative limitations of General Note 15. This tariff subheading applies specifically to beet-derived raw sugar entered pursuant to quota provisions set by the Secretary of Agriculture. It excludes refined sugar or products with added flavoring or coloring.
