This fraction of soybean oil is once-refined through alkali washing, concentrating natural lecithin while avoiding bleaching to maintain emulsifying properties. It fits HTS 1507.90.40.20 for other once-refined fractions not chemically modified. Ideal for bakery and chocolate production as an emulsifier base.
