Toasted barley flakes combine rolling with light roasting for enhanced flavor in granola and snacks. HTS 1104.19.10.00 applies to these rolled grains of barley otherwise worked, before significant flavoring additions. Toasting differentiates from plain flakes but keeps grain form.
