Crisp, edible-podded peas (Pisum sativum var. macrocarpon), fresh or chilled, unshelled. Imported under HTS 0708.10.20 from July 1 to September 30 as seasonal leguminous vegetables. Popular for stir-fries, they retain tenderness when properly chilled.
