Fresh ramps (Allium tricoccum), wild leeks with broad leaves and onion-like bulbs, harvested fresh or chilled in spring. They qualify for HTS 0703.90.0040 as other alliaceous vegetables, not true leeks. Prized in gourmet cooking for their pungent flavor.
