Fresh elephant garlic (Allium ampeloprasum) consists of large, mild-flavored bulbs resembling garlic but classified separately. It enters under HTS 0703.90.0040 as other alliaceous vegetables, fresh or chilled. Used similarly to garlic in cooking.
