FR4 copper clad laminate sheet with refined copper foil on one side only, laminated onto a flame-retardant epoxy resin impregnated glass cloth base. The copper foil thickness is under 0.15 mm excluding the backing. This product is classified as backed copper foil of refined copper under tariff item 7410.21.00.
