It has a thickness of less than 3 mm and a width of 600 mm or more, and is a flat-rolled product of non-alloy steel, not further worked than hot-rolled. It is classified as advanced HSS under statistical note 4 of Chapter 72, fitting tariff item 7208.39.00.
