Tagliatelle pasta is a long flat ribbon of durum semolina pasta, uncooked and unstuffed. It is not otherwise prepared, and contains no ingredients that would shift it to Chapter 16. As a low protein or protein-free pasta certified by Health Canada, it falls under tariff item 1902.19.11.
