Semolina Flour from China
Semolina Flour is a granular product obtained from durum wheat milling, coarser than regular wheat flour. It is classified as wheat meal under heading 11.03, as at least 95% by weight passes through a 1.25 mm sieve, and it meets the starch and ash content limits. It is not flour of heading 11.01 due to its larger particle size.
