Fermented and dried cacao nibs from Peruvian fine flavor cacao, classified in 1806.10.28 for quota entry under the U.S.-Peru agreement. These crushed beans without cocoa butter extraction qualify within the annual sugar/cocoa aggregate limit. Used in artisan chocolate production.
