Polycrystalline Diamond Indexable Insert Blanks from Japan
Mounted blanks of polycrystalline diamond (PCD) designed for manufacturing indexable cutting inserts used in high-speed machining of non-ferrous metals and composites. These blanks are provided for in HTS 8207.19.60 and qualify for 9817.82.01 as unfinished mounted tool blanks requiring further processing into finished cutting tools. The PCD provides exceptional wear resistance for demanding milling and turning applications.
