Industrial copper bus bars damaged during manufacturing or transportation, imported solely for shredding and melting to recover copper metal content. These articles cannot be commercially used in electrical applications without complete remanufacture due to bending, cracking, or contamination. HTS 9817.00.80 applies as copper articles processed only for metal recovery.
