Exposed nichrome resistance wire coiled for convective heating in toasters, convection ovens, and space heaters for home use. HTS 8516.80.8000 covers these as other electric heating resistors for domestic purposes, excluding semiconductor or carbon film types in 8545. Operates at 1000-1500°C surface temperature.
