Hoover ONEPWR Cordless Hand Vacuum from Germany
The Hoover ONEPWR is a cordless handheld vacuum using interchangeable lithium-ion batteries with self-contained motor for powerful suction. HTS 8508.19.00.00 applies as an 'other' vacuum cleaner given its modular handheld design not confined to household floor use. Battery system modularity supports this classification.
