Terex TS14 is a rubber-tired, self-propelled wheel tractor-scraper for large-scale earthmoving in road construction. This used unit has been serviced with new tires and bowl hydraulics. HTS 8429.30.0060 applies as a rebuilt scraper for pushing or scraping earth.
