AlTiV Aluminum Vanadium Titanium Master Alloy from Japan
A ternary master alloy with aluminum base, 4-6% vanadium, and 5-10% titanium, used in aerospace for grain refinement in titanium alloys. Classified under 7601.20.90.30 as unwrought aluminum alloy where Al predominates and combined alloying elements exceed note limits. Typically cast into small ingots for foundry use.

Import Tips
• Provide mill test report detailing Al, V, Ti percentages to support alloy classification; ensure no radioactive impurities from Ti source; watch for reclassification if Ti > Al dominance
