0.5mm Refined Copper Magnet Wire from Japan
Enamel-insulated refined copper wire with a 0.5mm diameter, used in electric motors and transformers. Classified under HTS 7408.19.0030 because it is refined copper wire with a maximum cross-sectional dimension of 3mm or less, excluding copper-zinc base alloys. The thin gauge makes it ideal for compact windings in small appliances.

Import Tips
• Verify copper purity exceeds 99.3% with mill test certificates to confirm refined status under Chapter 74
• Declare exact cross-sectional dimension; exceeding 3mm shifts to 7408.19.0035
• Avoid misclassification as alloy wire by providing chemical composition analysis
