Single 12.5 mm unbonded prestressing strand, greased and sheathed for frictionless movement in post-tensioned concrete slabs, composed of seven steel wires. Classified in HTS 7312.10.3012 as other stranded wire for concrete prestressing since sheathing is not electrical insulation. Allows stressing after concrete cures.
