Prestressed concrete (PC) strand, 12.7mm, wrapped in textile fabric and wax-filled for unbonded post-tensioning in high-rise buildings. Meets 7312.10.3010 as iron/steel stranded wire, non-electrically insulated, covered with textile, for concrete prestressing per hierarchy. Wrapping allows strand movement within concrete ducts.
