7-wire steel strand with 15.2mm nominal diameter, sheathed in extruded polyethylene (non-metallic) for use in prestressed concrete beams and slabs. Classified under 7312.10.3010 as stranded wire for concrete prestressing covered with non-metallic material per Chapter 73 notes. The sheathing provides corrosion resistance during concrete embedding.
