Blind flange constructed from ASTM A182 F11 chrome-moly alloy steel, 6-inch ID (152 mm), class 600, used to seal pipe ends in high-temperature refineries. HTS 7307.91.50.30 applies as it's an alloy steel flange (non-stainless) under 360 mm ID. Provides full sealing without internal bore.
