Slip-on flange of chrome-moly alloy steel, inside diameter 4 inches (102 mm), pressure rated 300#, used in boiler and pressure vessel connections. Classified under HTS 7307.91.50.30 due to its alloy steel construction (except stainless) and ID below 360 mm. It slips over the pipe end and is fillet welded for secure attachment.
