Cold-rolled welded tube made from 409 stainless steel (11% Cr), 3-inch OD, 1.7 mm wall, used in automotive exhaust systems for heat and corrosion resistance. HTS 7306.40.50.42 applies to its circular welded stainless construction, cold-reduction, and sub-15% chromium. Not seamless, distinguishing from Chapter 73 seamless tubes.
