Welded circular steel tubes of nonalloy steel with outside diameter 76 mm and wall thickness 2 mm, used for manufacturing chain-link fence posts. These hollow profiles are open-seamed and welded, fitting the specifications for HTS 7306.30.5057 due to their diameter range exceeding 50.8 mm but not 114.3 mm and wall thickness over 1.65 mm.
