Seamless Alloy Steel Line Pipe for Sour Service from Japan
Designed for transporting sour gas in petroleum applications, this seamless pipe uses alloy steel resistant to hydrogen sulfide corrosion. With 16-inch OD (406.4 mm) and 22 mm wall thickness, it precisely matches HTS 7304.59.80.70 criteria for other alloy steel seamless tubes exceeding 285.8 mm OD.

Import Tips
• Include NACE MR0175/ISO 15156 certification for sour service to support material classification and quality compliance
• Document hydrostatic test results as proof of seamless integrity; customs may request for high-pressure pipe verification
• Beware of alloy content thresholds—pipes with excessive chromium may be reclassified as stainless
