L80 grade seamless alloy steel tubing used as casing in oil and gas wells to line boreholes and prevent collapse. It qualifies for HTS 7304.29.61 as other alloy steel seamless tubing dedicated to drilling operations. Provides yield strength of 80,000 psi for demanding well conditions.
