Seamless N-80 nonalloy steel casing pipe, 4.5-inch (114.3 mm) OD, 13.5 mm wall thickness, with premium threaded connections and couplings for deep oil/gas wells. HTS 7304.29.10.20 applies due to seamless construction, nonalloy material, drilling casing purpose, sub-215.9 mm diameter, and thick walls for structural integrity. Used primarily in production casing applications.
