60E1 head-hardened used rails from European mainlines, removed during gauge conversion projects, for rerolling into premium rail steel. HTS 7302.10.1065 covers these as used iron/nonalloy steel railway rails for rerolling, based on their specialized track construction origin and intended remelt. Lengths typically 108-120 meters welded sections cut to shippable sizes.
