Hot-rolled rods in irregularly wound coils of O1 oil-hardening tool steel (0.9% C, 1% Mn, 1% Cr), untreated and not partly manufactured. Meets HTS 7227.90.10 as tool steel per note (e)(iii) with ≥0.85% C and 1-1.8% Mn. Ideal for blades and punches.
