Irregularly wound hot-rolled coils of A2 air-hardening tool steel (1% C, 5% Cr), not tempered, not chemically treated, and not partly manufactured. Fits 7227.90.10 under tool steel note (e)(ii) with ≥0.3% C and 1.25-10.5% Cr. Used for shear blades and forming tools.
