Cold-rolled plate of O1 oil-hardening tool steel, 2 mm thick x 290 mm wide, for tooling and gauges. HTS 7226.92.30.60 applies to cold-rolled tool steel flats <300 mm wide, not further worked. Conforms to tool steel note (e)(iii) with ≥0.85% carbon and 1-1.8% manganese.
