Cold-reduced strip of D2 tool steel (X153CrMoV12), 1.2 mm thick by 280 mm wide, for shear blades and knives. Fits HTS 7226.92.30.60 as other cold-rolled tool steel flat products under 300 mm width, not further worked. Qualifies as tool steel under note (e)(i) with >1.2% carbon and >10.5% chromium equivalent specs.
