Cold-rolled flat-rolled sheet of A2 tool steel (1.2363), measuring 250 mm wide and 1.5 mm thick, used for making dies and punches. Classified under HTS 7226.92.30.60 as flat-rolled alloy tool steel (not high-speed), cold-rolled but not further worked, width under 300 mm. Meets U.S. note (e) definition for tool steel with 1.0-1.2% carbon and 5% chromium.
